I’m Kaja Jean! I was born into a family of visual artists, and I have a professional background in creative writing and acting! I’m from Vancouver, Canada - but I’ve lived in Italy, New York, and France to name a few of my favourites💛.

Some of those stories are from fiction, some are memoir, and others are backed by neuropsychological evidence.

What is neuropsychology? It’s the study of how neuroscience effects human behaviour! I use it to explore how we can train the brain to our advantage.

People always talk about physical fitness, but mental fitness is just as essential to our health!
