🤍 Life can give us some pretty loud chapters, both on a personal and global scale. But there’s hope…
😌The Little Things Life is a soft place, where we are safe to learn how to build a life we feel excited to wake up to again✨!
🕯️ First off, hi! I’m Kaja (pronounced like kai-yah)! I was lucky to be born into a family of artists who helped raise me to seek beauty in our everyday rituals, which is where the name The Little Things Life came to be! I truly believe the best things in life are found in the little moments🥰.
🤍 In fact, just before I turned nine years old, my mum passed away from ovarian cancer. All of my favourite memories of her were in the little things, the little details and moments we had together. This led me to identify with artists (whether they were filmmakers, authors, painters or actors, etc.!) who I knew had come to the same conclusion as me.
🌿What I didn’t recognize until much later, was that my mum’s passing also sparked a lifelong journey of researching the mind-body connection. At nine years old I started doing yoga, watching Oprah, and soaking up any advice I could find to help manage my own emotions, as I had a feeling that the stress I saw my mum experience may have factored into her sickness…
📖 While dealing with my own health issues in my 20s and early 30s, I ended up finding refuge in the fascinating and growing field of cognitive neuroscience! After sooo much trial and error, I’m so grateful I can say that I finally learned how to train my brain and body into someone who not only loves life again, but is also the healthiest I’ve ever been- both physically and mentally🤍. I can’t wait to share my findings with you!

With these guides, you can experiment with what works best for you, depending on what chapter of life you’re in! Rest assured that if you’re struggling, I believe you can get better.
