
This monday I bring you a simple “pinspo” post of beautiful, slow, little things as we get closer to european summer vibes✨ PLUS a little challenge that I hope will make your days lighter this week😘❤️!
Speaking of dancing, our bodies LOVE to move, especially in silly ways that make us smile!! Why do most adults stop dancing? Why do some think being a “bad dancer” means they shouldn’t dance at all? Why do some feel they can only let loose if there’s a dance floor, other people, or alcohol involved? Laughing and shaking out the day is on par with (if not better than!) our daily vitamins. So if dancing isn’t already on your daily schedule, my little challenge to do once every day this week is: throw on your favourite song and shake that bootay! 💃🏻 The goofier dance moves the better!!
